Review:
During our recent visit, the hotel had some pros and cons. the location was ideal because it was close to the cable car for the Mountain and the train station. the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. the breakfast was also good and included all the necessary facilities. on the negative side, there was no gluten-free bread available.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable rates and attention to detail. The recently refurbished rooms with high ceilings provide a comfortable and spacious stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, with a particular mention for Patrick who went above and beyond to ensure a welcoming experience. Additionally, the location is perfect, being close to the train station and just a short distance from the cable car that takes you up the mountain.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The location was decently convenient and the surrounding area was pleasant to walk around. We enjoyed being close to two well-stocked supermarkets. Our room was also quite spacious and had a nice balcony to sit on.
Our experience was unfortunately soured by rude and unhelpful staff who seemed almost annoyed by our presence. the language barrier also made communication difficult, with some staff members unable to understand or respond in English.

The location was great, close to the cable car up to the Mountain and near the motorway. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary facilities plus a big balcony. We had a nice Bavarian dinner in the restaurant downstairs. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Nothing.

During my Xmas stay, I found two things that I enjoyed about this hotel. First, it provides a central location near a supermarket which was convenient for me. Second, the room was quite spacious, which was a nice surprise. Additionally, there was a decent parking space available.
My experience at this hotel was ruined by a few key factors. Firstly, the breakfast was quite disappointing; there was no gluten-free bread, no soy milk, no sweet pastry, and no hot milk available to put on cereals. Secondly, the staff were not very friendly or helpful, and they were unable to speak English, making communication difficult. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values good customer service and a quality breakfast experience.

The breakfast offered was good, with a variety of options to choose from.
